Job Description

Full ownership of site HR leadership
Opportunity to build & scale HR operations

Job Description

Lead HR and administration operations for the manufacturing site
Manage employee engagement, retention, and workforce discipline
Ensure compliance with labour laws, the factories Act, and statutory requirements
Oversee contractual manpower management and contractor coordination
Partner with the Site Head on people matters and site workforce planning
Lead and manage a 15-20 member HR & Admin team

The Successful Applicant

Manufacturing/plant HR background, strong compliance exposure. MBA HR preferred (MSW/LLB ok). Hindi mandatory Gujarati a plus. Willing to work in a remote site setup in Gujarat
