We are seeking an experienced General Manager for our Paint Spray division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the paint spray industry, with a proven track record of managing operations and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the growth and profitability of the paint spray division.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational goals and improve efficiency.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the paint spray market.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the division.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-15 years of experience in a managerial role within the paint spray or related manufacturing industry.
