Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented candidate to lead and manage end-to-end operations of window and facade manufacturing and project execution business.
The ideal candidate will oversee factory production, project coordination, supply chain, quality control, manpower planning, and overall operational efficiency to ensure timely delivery of facade and window projects.
This is a leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, operational excellence, and team management capabilities. Min of 10-15 years of experience in operations/manufacturing in façade industry or aluminium windows and glazing or construction industry will be added advantage.
Salary: 20 Lacs to 24 Lacs PA
