General Manager Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished General Manager – Operations to provide strategic leadership across Quality, Product Development, Product Design, and Supply Chain. This senior role carries full P&L accountability and direct oversight of all operational heads.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in managing large, complex operations and aligning cross-functional teams with business objectives. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, accelerating product innovation, optimizing costs, and ensuring world-class quality and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational departments (Supply Chain, Quality, After Sales NPD, Industrial design
• Drive innovation, product development, and quality excellence to meet market needs
• Strengthen supply chain performance with focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery
• Take regular reviews of HODs, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational benchmark
• Manage operational budgets with full P&L accountability
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving growth and organizational performance

Requirements

• 15-20 years of senior operations leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong track record in P&L management, supply chain, and product innovation
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and deliver business results

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
