We are looking for an industry-experienced professional from the crane rental, heavy lifting, or construction equipment sector to lead our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day crane operations, fleet utilisation, mobilisation, and logistics.
- Manage deployment of cranes, operators, riggers, and site teams.
- Coordinate with workshop for maintenance, repairs, and equipment readiness.
- Monitor job progress, safety compliance, and client requirements.
- Ensure accurate operational documentation, MIS, utilisation, and billing support.
- Support sales/BD with operational inputs for client coordination, tenders, and proposals.
- Lead and guide field teams, dispatch, supervisors, and operations staff.
Skills Required- Mandatory industry experience in crane rental/heavy lifting/equipment rental.
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, dispatch planning, and site coordination.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and decision-making.
- Ability to manage pressure, breakdown handling, and fast problem-solving.
- Understanding of safety norms, compliance, and operational reporting.
Qualification- Graduate in Engineering / Operations / Logistics preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of operational experience in the crane rental or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong field exposure and handling of multi-site operations.
