Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Onamaalu, located in Hyderabad who can speak Telugu. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, develop strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, manage team leadership, ensure smooth project execution, build relationships with key stakeholders, and uphold the organization's mission to promote and document Telugu culinary traditions.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational oversight, and collaborative management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge or interest in Indian cuisine, with a preference for familiarity with Telugu culinary practices
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of a culturally rich and creative work environment
