Job Description

Identify and finalize skilled and labour contractors for HVAC, Electrical, and Utility execution in pharma cleanroom and utility areas.
Plan and mobilize manpower at various project sites as per work front availability and execution priorities.
Track contractor productivity, daily output, and quality of installation against planned targets.
Ensure timely availability of skilled manpower (fitters, welders, electricians, insulators, duct-men, etc.) in coordination with site teams.
Maintain a master manpower deployment tracker across all ongoing projects.
Verify and certify labour output for contractor billing based on actual executed work and measurement sheets.
Coordinate with project engineers and billing teams to align contractor bills with client billing quantities (BOQ-wise).
Monitor site execution manpower performance and highlight inefficiencies or resource shortages.
Maintain records of contractor agreements, work orders, scope, and rate structures.
Ensure compliance with site safety, PPE usage, and basic labour welfare norms.
Support in optimizing contractor selection, work allocation, and cost control through comparative analysis.
Coordinate with HR or Admin for labour gate passes, ID cards, and site onboarding formalities.
Assist project heads in timely ramp-up and demobilization of manpower based on project progress.
Conduct periodic contractor performance reviews and support in vendor development.
