Job Description

The ideal candidate should have minimum 20 years experience in Quality Function in Real Estate Industry, with atleast 5 to 6 yrs experience in leadership role in QAQC.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing & implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.
  • Developing work methodology, Inspection & Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)
  • Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.
  • Coordinating with Collaborative service providers (for quality) for their effective performance
  • Leading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocation
  • Participate in interview & selection process of Quality personnel
  • Managing periodic site quality audits, NC Management
  • Effective implementation of Re-work/ s/c performance-based debit system
  • Developing & implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.
  • Establishing & implementing Lessons Learned
  • Managing data & providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of QMS.
  • Providing Support for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • Maintain documentation & prepare Quality reports for management.
