Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at MMC Pharmaceuticals Ltd., located in Chennai. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction to the company, and ensure that organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team, managing budgets, driving sales strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The role demands active involvement in business development and identifying opportunities for growth while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred)
• Previous senior-level management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector highly desirable
