As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring each project reflects Merrycraft’s signature standard of excellence. You will oversee daily operations, lead diverse teams, manage budgets, develop strategic initiatives, and build strong client relationships—all while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Mentor, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams for peak performance.
  

• Proven experience in business management, operations, and team leadership.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in the events and media production industry is a strong advantage.
