About the Role

We are hiring a General Manager – MEP Design to lead high-impact engineering design initiatives across large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a pure design leadership role (not site or construction-focused), requiring deep technical expertise and strong team management capabilities.

The role involves driving end-to-end MEP design strategy, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering complex projects aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP design teams across multiple large-scale projects
• Drive HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical system design and coordination
• Collaborate with architects, civil teams, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with international codes and design standards
• Oversee project timelines, quality, and design deliverables
• Mentor and develop engineering teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years of pure MEP design experience (non-site role)
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role
• Experience managing teams of at least 5–10 members
• Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Dialux, Amtech, ETAP
• Experience leading MEP design for large infrastructure projects (Airports, Metro, Hospitals, etc.)
• Background in engineering consultancy environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international projects and global design codes
• Exposure to data center or hyperscale infrastructure projects
• Experience working with global delivery or consulting teams
