Role Purpose
The General Manager Marketing will be responsible for driving
lead generation, brand growth, digital marketing, pre-sales efficiency, and campaign execution for drone sales and drone academy admissions.
This role is execution-heavy and requires strong ownership of
marketing operations, inside sales performance, and revenue-linked marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual & quarterly marketing plans
- Drive qualified lead generation for Drone Sales & Academy
- Optimize CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
- Manage digital marketing, SEO, and social media growth
- Execute B2B/B2C campaigns and track ROI
- Drive content and influencer marketing initiatives
- Lead trade marketing activities like demos and expos
- Manage pre-sales and tele-calling team performance
- Ensure CRM discipline and pipeline tracking
- Manage team performance and conduct trainings
- Handle cross-functional initiatives and budget tracking
