Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Strengthen brand positioning, identity, and recall across all consumer touchpoints.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and category insights to identify growth opportunities.
2. Product Portfolio Management
- Drive new product development (NPD) based on consumer insights, nutritional trends, and category demands.
- Oversee packaging design, product claims, and communication to ensure alignment with the healthy snacking ethos.
- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to manage product life cycles.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead digital growth initiatives across social media, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and D2C.
- Monitor ROI and optimize digital funnels to maximize conversions.
4. Trade & Channel Marketing
- Design and execute trade marketing plans for General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce.
- Ensure effective POSM development, in-store branding, and retail activation.
- Work closely with distributor partners to drive market penetration and shelf visibility.
5. Revenue & Budget Management
- Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track performance against targets, analyse revenue drivers, and lead corrective measures when required.
- Support the sales team with market insights, promotions, and category strategies.
6. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team including brand, digital, and trade marketing personnel.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
7. Partnerships & External Relations
- Manage agency relationships across creative, media, digital, and PR.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as nutritionists, fitness communities, and wellness partners to strengthen brand associations.

- Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, especially in health, nutrition, and snacking categories.
- Proven track record in brand building, digital growth, and market expansion.
- Proficiency in data analytics, consumer research, and performance measurement.

Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing or brand strategy will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 1518 years of progressive experience in OTC/Pharma/Nutrition marketing.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in the OTC or nutrition-oriencategory preferred.
