Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations and achieve production goals.

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.

Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve production efficiency and effectiveness.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Cost Control:

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.

Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality.

• Supply Chain Management:

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components for production.

Optimize inventory levels to balance production needs and cost considerations.

• Safety and Compliance:

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

• Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline processes.

• Team Leadership:

Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing production team.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on production status, challenges, and opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align production with market demands.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
• 18–24 years in manufacturing operations; 5+ years in senior leadership roles- Plant Head, GM/ DGM.
• Strong expertise in production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.
• Hands-on with ERP systems and manufacturing analytics.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker, proactive, and safety-conscious.
