General Manager – The White Lotus Suites

Location: Vaishali, Bihar

The White Lotus Suites is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee hotel operations, guest experience, team management, sales, and revenue.

Preference: The candidate who have worked in Buddhist sector hotels will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall day-to-day hotel operations.
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure excellent guest service and operational standards.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, profitability, and business development.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and hotel performance.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel/hospitality management.
• Experience in a senior hotel management/General Manager role preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Buddhist-sector hotels, Buddhist pilgrimage, spiritual, or religious tourism will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, sales, and revenue management.
• Willingness to be based in Vaishali, Bihar.
