Job Overview:

The General Manager will lead the overall operations of the business, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing teams, business performance, and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution across retail, customer experience, and support functions
• Manage, coach, and develop department leaders and staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Drive sales performance through effective business planning, operational improvements, and performance management
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and cost management to achieve business objectives
• Review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and business priorities
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experiences while maintaining the company's brand standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, luxury services, lifestyle, or other customer-centric industries
• Strong service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences; experience in luxury retail, hospitality, bridal, lifestyle, or other premium service environments will be highly advantageous
• Proven track record of managing business operations, leading teams, and delivering commercial results
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Commercially minded with sound financial and operational acumen
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to driving business performance
