Job Purpose:
As a senior member of the legal team, you will be responsible for the company's real estate portfolio—leading and executing all real estate transactions (acquisitions, leases, hotel management contracts, etc.) and managing high-value contracts and strategic commercial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, negotiate, and independently handle real estate transactions including title DDs, acquisitions, leases, and inventory arrangements.
- Manage high-value contracts and strategic commercial documentation including hotel management contracts and TSAs.
- Provide legal opinions and support to business teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10–20 years of experience in law firms and/or in-house legal teams.
- Prior experience leading real estate transactions.
- Law firm background is a must.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in high-value real estate transactions and acquisitions.
- Ability to lead and close complex commercial contracts.
- Strong ownership of legal matters with independent handling.
