Job Purpose:
As a senior member of the legal team, you will be responsible for the litigation and disputes portfolio, strategizing and leading all litigations and legal disputes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead litigation portfolio and strategy for the company.
- Manage complex litigations and dispute resolution, minimizing risk and safeguarding enterprise interests.
- Oversee consumer litigation handled by the team.
- Contribute to commercial and real estate transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in litigation, in law firms and/or in-house legal teams.
- Minimum 5 years of law firm experience required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in handling high-stakes litigations.
- Ability to strategize litigations and pre-litigation disputes, minimizing legal risk.
- Strong ownership of legal matters with independent handling.
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
