Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Pune. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, develop and execute business strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role will also include financial planning, market analysis, and optimizing processes to meet company goals. Building relationships with key stakeholders and maintaining professional standards across teams will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, including staff management and team development
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis and process optimization
• Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
