Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kondotti for a General Manager at Janatha Diagnostics. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic facility, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality. Responsibilities include budget management, client relationship building, operational efficiency, and collaboration with the medical team. The role also involves ensuring the implementation of state-of-the-art technology and adherence to the organization's ethical standards.
