Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kondotti for a General Manager at Janatha Diagnostics. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the diagnostic facility, manage staff performance, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality. Responsibilities include budget management, client relationship building, operational efficiency, and collaboration with the medical team. The role also involves ensuring the implementation of state-of-the-art technology and adherence to the organization's ethical standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee staff performance and foster a collaborative workplace.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, operational management, and problem-solving to optimize facility operations.
• Experience in handling budgets, financial planning, and maintaining cost-efficiency in business operations.
• Knowledge of compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and familiarity with diagnostic technologies is an asset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic sector.
