Role Description The General Manager (Interior & Construction) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end interior and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that project requirements, timelines, and cost targets are met. The General Manager will monitor site progress, manage procurement of materials, enforce safety and compliance standards, and resolve operational issues that arise during execution. This role also involves leading project teams, setting performance expectations, optimizing processes, and preparing regular reports on project status and financial performance for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for interior and construction projects.
• Candidates should possess technical knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, construction methods, materials, and quality and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
• Candidates should possess client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to manage expectations, negotiate terms, and present project updates clearly.
• Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, with proficiency in using project management tools, MS Office, and basic reporting and documentation practices.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Several years of relevant experience in managing interior and construction projects, ideally in commercial, residential, or corporate segments.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing client and project needs.
