The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager-HR should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in the automotive industry.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
