Lead the entire 1,200 sqm House — not from a desk, but from the floor. A calm Thai operator who can build a team, control numbers and move easily between members, kitchens, suppliers and evening service.

Strata House Bo Phut is one building with several lives: a workspace, Café Strata, Humo & Agave, the Laboratory and the facilities that hold it all together. The General Manager runs all of it day-to-day and reports directly to the Managing Director. This is a pre-opening role: you help hire and train the team you will later lead.

What you'll do

Lead daily operations across workspace, Café Strata, Humo & Agave, Laboratory and facilities.
Recruit, train and roster the team; run daily briefings.
Control purchasing, labour and operating spend; supervise cash and POS controls.
Manage suppliers and contractors; resolve member and guest issues.
Maintain compliance and report weekly on revenue, occupancy, labour and incidents.

What we're looking for

5+ years in hospitality, F&B, coworking, boutique hotel or multi-outlet operations.
2+ years leading teams; pre-opening experience strongly preferred.
Hands-on operator with strong English and commercial judgment.

Schedule Full-time roster; visible across day and evening operations; weekends required.

Interview method Operational case study + roster exercise + conflict / service-recovery role-play + reference checks.

THB 40,000–48,000 / month

monthly service charge
quarterly performance bonus
leadership bonus eligible

Base positioned on experience within the published range. Reviewed after the probation period and again at twelve months.
