General Manager - Hospital Management and Administration

Role Description

• Lead the entire Healthcare Division with strong strategic and operational direction.
• Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with CEO & CFO.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and service excellence across all units.
• Drive expansion initiativesnew facilities, upgrades, and business opportunities.
• Strengthen operational efficiency through robust SOPs and process improvements.
• Ensure financial discipline, cost control, profitability and performance monitoring.
• Lead key projects including infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation (ERP).
• Oversee statutory, regulatory and quality compliance including NABH.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing teams; promote a values-driven, patient-centric culture.

Desired Candidate

Minimum 15 years of hospital management experience (Manager-level or above)

MBA / MHA qualification

Must have at least 3 years of continuous tenure in the current organization in a leadership role

Preferred Spoken Language - Malayalam due to Cultural and Geographical need

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Kerala

Proven ability to manage complete hospital operations

Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
