Historia Royal is seeking a visionary, results-driven General Manager to lead our luxury property in the heart of Udaipur.

Blending Indo-European charm with neoclassical elegance, Historia Royal offers a sophisticated escape for the modern traveller. We are looking for a leader who can bring this artistry to life through operational excellence, strategic growth, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

The Role

As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the property. You will oversee all daily operations, from front-of-house elegance to back-of-house efficiency, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless and every team member is empowered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B) to maintain our 4-star luxury standards.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive revenue growth through expertise in sales and financial planning; manage budgets and optimise performance.
  • Team Excellence: Lead recruitment, training, and team-building initiatives. You will be responsible for defining KRAs and ensuring SOP compliance across the board.
  • Guest Experience: Act as the primary custodian of guest satisfaction, handling grievances with poise and ensuring a guest-first culture.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and operational standards to ensure the property remains a premier destination in Rajasthan.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Proven track record in hotel management. Pre-opening experience is highly valued as we continue to refine our presence in the market.
  • Skill Set: Exceptional leadership, quick decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of hospitality financial dynamics.
  • Local Expertise: A strong familiarity with Udaipur's unique hospitality landscape and cultural heritage is a significant advantage.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Communication: Elite interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments.
