Managing the Procurement to Payment -P2P Cycle effectively - Vendor Management and Internal Management
Procurement plan in line to Annual Operating Plan (AoP) Budgets
Rate contract finalisation for regular Commodities, Consumables, Services , AMC
Knowledge of material Imports, dealing with foreign vendors and finalising the Inco terms.
Knowledge of taxation
Managing the vendor data base.
Analysis of data and MIS preparation.
Hands on experience on ERP package, preferably SAP.
Guiding and development of team members.
Coordination with the site team/other team member for finalisation of the orders.
Cost Analysis & Cost estimation for Turnkey package, Electrical maintenance, Civil and other sub-contracting works
