We are opening a new hotel in the heart of the holy city- Varanasi ( Uttar Pradesh )
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial targets and operational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the hotel management team and staff.
- Maintain and improve quality standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Forge and sustain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
