General Manager

FyneHand is mandated to hire for the role of General Manager - Talent Acquisition Head. The role will be based in Thane and will involve travel across various locations in India.

Our client is a leading player in pharmaceutical formulations delivering value to their customers and investors by developing, manufacturing, and marketing branded specialty and generic prescription pharmaceutical products.

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding across locations. The incumbent will drive hiring strategies, ensure quality closures within defined timelines, support employer branding initiatives, and maintain recruitment process compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end management of the recruitment/talent acquisition cycle
• Designing and implementing varied talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Hands on sourcing to fill open positions and supervise the recruitment team to ensure quality talent hired within TAT
• Manpower budgeting for all locations in collaboration with stakeholders
• Actively leading employment branding initiatives
• Ensure positive candidate experience and employee onboarding experience
• Ensuring process adherence, documentation and tracker updating for various audits
• Preparation and sharing of presentations and updates with senior stakeholders/HODs

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM with HR specialisation
• 15-20 years of proven experience as talent acquisition leader
• Sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in RRPL
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Technology savvy - working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Empathetic and excellent communicator
• Well-organized
• A leader and strategic thinker

Location: Thane (should be open to travel across India locations as required)
