Organization: VITS Hotels & Resorts
Base Location: Daman
Corporate Reporting: Once a month reporting at Corporate Office - Mumbai
Travel: Required across VITS properties (Pan India)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Summary
The
GM - Food & Beverage will lead and oversee F&B operations across multiple VITS properties, ensuring strong operational systems, consistent quality standards, and revenue growth. This role requires strategic leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining brand standards across all outlets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the overall F&B strategy across multiple properties
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement F&B business plans and improvement initiatives
Operations Management
- Oversee multi-property F&B operations and ensure consistency in service standards
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, specifications, and operational systems
- Monitor outlet performance and guest satisfaction
Menu & Concept Development
- Lead menu engineering and menu optimization
- Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and presentation across properties
- Support development of new dining concepts and offerings
Financial Performance
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses
- Drive revenue enhancement and outlet profitability
- Review performance reports and implement corrective measures
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and brand standards across properties
- Conduct operational audits and quality checks
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor F&B teams and department heads
- Support training and development across properties
- Strengthen operational efficiency and service culture

Requirements
- Proven experience in senior F&B leadership roles (GM / Head F&B)
- Strong background in hotel F&B operations
- Experience managing multiple outlets / properties
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel across properties across India
Education
- Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management / Catering College
- Additional certifications in F&B or hospitality leadership are an advantage
