General Manager (fitness, hospitality, or retail operations)

Location: Punjab

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month plus incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in management (fitness, hospitality, or retail operations)

Job Overview

The General Manager (GM) is the overall leader and business head of Kris Gethin Gyms, responsible for delivering operational excellence, high member satisfaction, and sustained financial growth. The GM integrates key functions—Sales, Fitness, and Operations—to ensure that Kris Gethin Gyms upholds its global reputation for transformation, service quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and motivate the gym team to achieve operational goals and enhance member experience.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    • Monitor and manage gym performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve membership targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym services and programs effectively.
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage the gym's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a high-performing team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving business success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for fitness and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
