General Manager Finance

Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post Qualification Experience preferable from Infrastructure background.

Responsible for managing treasury, banking relationships, working capital financing, cash flow planning, lender compliance, manufacturing finance, SPV accounting, audit coordination, and corporate financial compliance to ensure effective financial governance and liquidity management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Relationship Management:

- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital facilities, term loans, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.

- Coordinate with lenders for documentation, compliance submissions, and operational banking matters.

Working Capital Management:

- Prepare and submit working capital proposals, CMA data, financial information, and related documentation for fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.

- Monitor utilization and renewal of banking limits.

Corporate Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements relating to finance and accounts, including ROC filings and statutory disclosures.

Inter-Company Transaction Management:

- Oversee creation and monitoring of inter-company sales orders and transactions.

- Ensure proper accounting, reconciliation, and compliance for inter-company dealings.

Audit Coordination:

- Manage and coordinate Annual Surveillance Monitoring (ASM) audits, stock audits, and other lender/auditor reviews.

- Facilitate timely submission of information and closure of audit observations.

Manufacturing Finance Operations:

- Handle accounting, banking, and treasury activities for Module Manufacturing and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) businesses.

- Ensure appropriate financial controls and reporting mechanisms.

SPV Finance Management:

- Manage accounting, banking, taxation, and compliance activities for Solar Park and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) entities.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, lenders, and regulatory authorities as required.

Treasury & Payment Management:

- Prepare vendor payment plans in alignment with cash flow requirements and business priorities.

- Ensure timely processing and authorization of payments.

Banking Operations & Controls:

- Act as Level-2 approver for banking transactions and authentication processes.

- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and banking policies.

Cash Flow & Liquidity Management:

- Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.

- Optimize liquidity management to support operational and strategic business requirements.

Borrowing & Covenant Compliance:

- Monitor compliance with financial covenants and conditions associated with borrowings.

- Coordinate periodic reporting and submissions to lenders to maintain compliance.
