Job Title: Project Head / Site Head (Maven Technology)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Role Overview

Looking for an experienced Project Head / Site Head to lead and oversee the execution of large-scale SRA redevelopment projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing high-rise residential developments, including both rehabilitation buildings and sale component towers, while ensuring timely project execution, quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to statutory and SRA regulations.

The candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, driving construction excellence, and managing end-to-end project execution from planning through completion.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of total construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Head / Site Head.
• Hands-on experience executing high-rise residential towers (120 meters or above).
• Mandatory experience in SRA redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
• Experience managing both:
• Rehabilitation Buildings
• Sale Component Towers
• Strong knowledge of:
• Project Planning & Execution
• Construction Methodologies
• Quality Control
• Safety Standards
• Statutory Approvals & SRA Compliance
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams.
