Profile
A Successful GM - Debt Fundraising Should Have
- CA/MBA Finance with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in managing debt fundraising activities, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial modelling and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with financial institutions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance requirements.
