Role Description

This is a full-time on-site General Manager role based in Hyderabad. The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of the business, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, tracking financial performance, maintaining client relationships, and aligning day-to-day operations with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills in managing teams, coordinating departments, and inspiring team performance.
• Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with experience in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.
• Background in facility management, hospitality, or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships through exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and meeting revenue goals.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in training and developing staff, with a focus on performance excellence and collaboration.
