About The Team

The New Initiatives team within Swiggy's Food Delivery business works on identifying and scaling new growth opportunities. The team focuses on building and executing high-impact initiatives that unlock demand, drive user engagement, and create long-term strategic value for the platform.

One of the key focus areas for the team is building Swiggy's corporate business across:

  • Swiggy Corporate Wallet (employee meal benefits)
  • Corporate Gift Cards
  • Corporate Rewards & Loyalty solutions
  • Enterprise engagement and ordering solutions

Role Overview

Swiggy is doubling down on the corporate segment through the Swiggy Corporate Wallet (meal benefits for employees), Gift Cards for corporates, and a fast-scaling loyalty Corporate Rewards Programme.

We're looking for a sharp, commercially driven B2B Sales Leader to own revenue across these products — by leading a direct sales team and building a channel partnership ecosystem that scales distribution far beyond what a direct team can reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales Leadership
  • Lead a team to drive business development for Swiggy for Work and Swiggy Gift Cards by identifying and acquiring new corporate clients across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing teams to drive consultative sales conversations.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solutioning, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Drive account growth by expanding adoption across multiple use cases such as office meals, travel, team events, client meetings, and other high-frequency employee engagement moments.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team, setting clear targets and fostering a culture of accountability and consultative selling
  • Channel/ B2B Partnerships to drive growth & monetize
  • Build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem to accelerate adoption of the following across enterprise customers:
  • Swiggy Corporate Wallet
  • Gift Cards
  • Corporate Rewards solutions
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across HR Tech platforms, employee benefits providers, rewards & recognition companies, corporate gifting aggregators, fintech ecosystems, and enterprise SaaS partners
  • Drive partner-led revenue growth through referral, co-sell, reseller, and embedded distribution models
  • Own partner pipeline, activation, revenue contribution, and expansion metrics
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements including revenue share models, co-marketing partnerships, and API/product integrations
  • Build scalable partner onboarding, enablement, and governance mechanisms to improve partner productivity and sales conversion
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to unlock scalable integrations and GTM opportunities
  • Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities and build strategic partnerships that create long-term distribution and monetization advantages for Swiggy

Experience

What We're Looking For

  • 6–10 years in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years managing a team
  • Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) with 6-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or program management roles. Experience in sales is a bonus
  • Preferred experience in startups, consumer tech, or top-tier consulting firms.
  • Background in one or more of: corporate gifting, employee benefits/rewards, SaaS/fintech B2B sales
  • Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Prior experience building or managing channel/partner ecosystems is strongly preferred

Skills

  • Strong commercial acumen — ability to structure deals, negotiate contracts, and manage partner economics
  • Excellent pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • A natural leader who can develop a small but high-performing sales team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Marketing to unlock deals
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment
