Job Title: GM Construction / Director Projects

Role Overview
To Lead and oversee end-to-end Civil Construction Activities for Multiple Residential
/ Commercial / Resort Real Estate Projects including High End Apartments, Villas,
and Plotted Developments across Indore. The role Requires Strong Leadership in
Project Execution, Quality Control, Cost Management, Timelines, and Statutory
Compliance, while coordinating with Internal Teams, Consultants, and Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The Prime Responsibility is to Lead and Oversee all the Current & Upcoming
Projects by Determining and Implementing Stack-Holders Requirements, Ensuring
all Construction Activity progress according to schedule, and Achieving Project
Milestones and Commercial controls through effective Planning, Logistics, and
Execution.
Project Execution :Delivery
Lead End-to-End Execution of Multiple, Small to Mid-Sized, High-End
Residential Projects,
Ensure Timely Project Completion in line with approved Schedules and
budgets,
Monitor Day-to-Day Construction Activities and resolve onsite technical
issues,
Planning, Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare and Track Project Budgets, Tendering, BOQs, Cash flows, and
Execution schedules,
Control Costs through Value Engineering and Efficient resource
Utilization,
Monitor Deviations, Variations, and Change Orders during Execution,
Contractor & Vendor Management
Appoint, Manage, and Evaluate Contractors, Subcontractors, and
vendors,
Finalize RA Bills, Final bills, and Variation Claims, Ensure
Contractual Compliance, Productivity, and Cost Discipline,
Construction Delivery Expertise in Quality, Safety & Statutory
Compliance
Ensure adherence to Approved Drawings, Specifications, and Quality
Standards,
Implement and Monitor Site Safety Practices and audits,
Ensure Compliance with RERA / Fire / Environmental Norms
HSE, QA/QC, Inspections, commissioning, and handover.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP consultants,
PMCs, and authorities
Liaise with Statutory bodies, Inspectors, and Third-party agencies,
Work closely with Internal Teams including Design, Procurement,
Sales, and Finance,
Present Detailed Project Reports to Stakeholder& / Sr. Management.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, Mentor, and Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers,
Supervisors, and Execution Teams
Build High-Performing Site Teams and Conduct Regular Performance
reviews.
Qualifications And Skills
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Min. 15 years of Experience in Real Estate Construction with PMP / MRICS
Certification, having Strong exposure to High-End Residential Apartments,
Villas, High-Rise Buildings and Plotted Developments.
Proven Ability to handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Strong Understanding of Indore Local Construction Practices and Statutory
Processes.
Excellent Leadership, Coordination, and Problem-solving skills.
