Head of International Collections, comprising of Americas, Europe, MECCA, SAARC, Global Top 50 customers, managing large team working across time zones, responsible for Cash conversion cycle for Revenue from TCIPL, TC-Lanka, TCTS- International and large Global OTT customers across all product verticals.

Responsibilities
Achieve KPIs
Billing Vs Collections
Ageing Reductions for AR>90 Days, AR> 180 days.
Bad Debts (PDD/AFDA)
Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Process adherence and Compliance.
Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and IFSC Audit.
Driving ESAT scores with team engagement programs.
Driving training and knowledge enhancements for team.
Monthly reviews with Regional CSG VPs in International geography & working with CFTS.
SPAN of Control: 4 Deputy General Managers (Region Heads)
Collections Managed: USD 1.5 Bn
Minimum qualification & experience
MBA (preferred Finance) or MCom/CA/ICMA, with collections experience in Telecom B2B -15+ years, leadership role (Region Head) of 5 years at least.
Desired Skill sets
Interpersonal skills is critical as the role is customer facing and requires working extensively with CFTS internally.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
MS office knowledge is a must.
Working with SAP.
