Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Collection Manager based in Delhi, India. The General Collection Manager will oversee repayment collection processes, manage a team of collection agents, ensure adherence to company policies, and handle customer queries related to payments. The role involves monitoring overdue payments, implementing collection strategies, and preparing detailed reports on outstanding accounts and recovery progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end collections strategy and operations.
  • Establish and oversee tele-calling and digital collections setups.
  • Drive performance through dialer and CRM-based collection processes.
  • Manage and optimize collections for payday (pre-approved) loan products.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to senior leadership.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing collections teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital lending, specifically in collections.
  • Proven expertise in tele-calling setups, dialer systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience managing payday or pre-approved loan collections.
  • Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable

Budget

  • Upto 12 Lac/LPA (Depends on the Interview & Experience)
