This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry for a General Manager- Civil Projects. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, teams, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising quality control. This role also involves driving improvements in project performance and fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve organizational goals.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Proficiency in technical aspects of civil engineering and construction methodologies
• Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices in construction
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Puducherry and manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Proven experience in managing large-scale civil projects with a successful track record
