Purpose of the Role:
The role exists to conceptualize and develop strategy for Chassis Electronics and Integration of Chassis Electronics components in the TML's E&E architecture, to meet program targets of quality, cost & time for entire range of TMPV and TPEM vehicles along with integration of new chassis electronics technologies and functionalities and ensuring development of competencies for future growth.
He/she also defines technology roadmap, regulation mapping, strategy for future regulations, review of design standards, technology development, mapping of aggregate carryover strategies, planning of project execution and budget projections.
His/her has responsibility for Chassis Electronicsacross multiple platforms covering ICE,EV & Hybrid vehicles. Scope of work in ABS, ESP & iVBAC in Chassis software functions Application Software (ASW),Network (NET), Diagnostic, Proto SW support, Field Software Support. And Proposed scope of work in EPAS, Active Suspension, Wheels & Tires TPMS in Chassis software functions Software in loop (SIL) & TML SW Mainstream.

- .Ease of implementation ofISO26262, AUTOSAR, Cyber security across chassis function
- .Architecture integration like EMA, EVA 25 with E&E team to enable common approach from Organization perspectiv
- eCo -development of EPAS, ESPactive suspensionfor SW & hardware to optimize timelinesto meet short lead time
- .Use of SIL, HIL simulation tools to validate SW and thus reduce vehicle level dependency for all chassis aggregates
- .Unified software packagesto deploy throughOTA
- .Motion controller related innovative technologiesdevelopment in advance to meet market expectation
- .Software support with respect to Chassis Aggregates for Proto, durability, production line will be faster as there will be less dependency. Diagnostic, IVN
- ,Troubleshooting, EOL support specific teamwhichwill optimize time and resource
- .Single interface which will be focused for Internal ( Chassis) and external( E&E, PSC, Advance Engg, Crash ,TS) software requirement finalization
- .Team will focus on developing subject matter experts for each Software verticals which will ensure fault free SW delivery and continuous improvement of the features
- .Effectivemonitoring of TGR, TGW, 4D, DVP

:Qualification: BE Mechatronics/Automotive Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Electrica
lDesired Work Experience: 15 + year
sNecessary Knowledge
- :Development experience in Active Safety domain, ABS, ESP, One Box, ADAS, APA and Longitudinal motion management and its value-added function
- sHands on experience of development and calibration of different Active safety ABS, ESC,ADAS and APA function
- sKnowledge of automotive component development, product cycle plan and product development processes Experience of active safety syste
- mShould have creative thinking and collaboration attitude to get supports in-house functions development as per customer requirements
