General Manager - Business Development (Vehicle Interior & Exterior/ Seating Systems)- Pune

Leading Group in Auto Sector

Role- GM Will lead the growth strategy for the Vehicle Interior & Exterior Systems division, focusing on market penetration, client acquisition, and business expansion.

This role is critical for driving revenue growth by identifying new business,

opportunities, managing key relationships, and leading the sales strategy

for commercial vehicle Vehicles Interior & Exterior /Seating solutions.

The successful candidate will also manage government liaison, navigate tendering processes, and utilize the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal effectively.

* Proven track record in managing large-scale business development activities, particularly in B2B sales to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

* Experience in leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
