Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager – Business Development (Enterprise) to drive and scale enterprise logistics business across India. The role involves acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts, handling complex sales cycles, and leading multi-city logistics operations through 4-wheeler fleets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive pan-India enterprise business development strategy for large-scale logistics and transportation solutions.
- Develop and expand strategic relationships with enterprise customers, national accounts, and industry leaders.
- Lead high-value enterprise sales engagements and complex commercial negotiations across multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee nationwide deployment of customized logistics solutions including dedicated fleets and scalable operational models.
- Position Pidge as a preferred strategic logistics partner through consultative and value-driven engagement.
- Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and wallet-share expansion across regions and business verticals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution, operational efficiency, and enterprise service standards.
- Support leadership on pricing strategy, market expansion and competitive positioning.
- Ensure robust sales governance through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise business development within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
- Proven track record of driving large enterprise partnerships and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, SLAs, pricing models, and operational scalability.
- Prior exposure to logistics-tech, mobility, SaaS, or supply chain ecosystems preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
