General Manager - Business Development ( ETFE Divison )

This is a full-time on-site position located in Chennai for the role of General Manager - Business Development. The General Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing business relationships, creating business plans, conducting contract negotiations, and contributing to the expansion of sales in the company. The role requires leadership in strategizing and driving business growth in alignment with the organization's goals.

• Experience in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Skills in Business Relationship Management and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and related processes
• Proven track record in Sales, particularly within energy, civil, marine, or geotechnical sectors
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
• Availability to work on-site in Chennai and travel as required
