General Manager - Business Development (Commercial Vehicles Seating System)- Pune

Role- GM Will lead the growth strategy for the Commercial Vehicles Seating Systems division, focusing on market penetration, client acquisition, and business expansion.

This role is critical for driving revenue growth by identifying new business,

opportunities, managing key relationships, and leading the sales strategy

for commercial vehicle seating solutions.

The successful candidate will also manage government liaison, navigate tendering processes, and utilize the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal effectively.

* Extensive experience (18+ years) in BD / Sales management in commercial vehicle or automotive components industry particularly in seating systems.

* Proven track record in managing large-scale business development activities, particularly in B2B sales to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

* Experience in leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
