Assisted Living solutions - A seamless ecosystem supporting seniors and their families at

home and as part of employer benefits.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10 to 15 years in the Healthcare / Senior Care / Wellness industry

We're looking for a General Manager - Business Development & Client Relationships to

Lead business development for our Healthy Aging Plans division.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

Directly contribute to revenue growth and subscription targets with clear monthly and

quarterly goals

Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach, meetings, roadshows and

closures

Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and

conversion.

Develop and manage B2B and B2B2C partnerships with a focus on closures and revenue

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and repeat business

Lead and drive a high-output BD team with a focus on activity and conversions

Ideal candidate profile:

10+ years in business development / sales leadership

Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management in the health and

wellness industry specifically

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

  • Travel on demand is a mandatory part of the role
