- Architectural Leadership & Public Cloud Governance
- Spearhead the creation of integrated, multi-year digital roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Lead the transition to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud using the GROW with SAP framework, ensuring Fit-to-Standard adherence
- Design end-to-end solutions across SAP PP, QM, FICO, MM, SD, PM, and WM
- Good knowledge on SAP Licensing and Security modules
- Delivery of SAP Objects & Configurations
- Take end-to-end accountability for delivering all SAP functional configurations and technical objects (ABAP, BTP and Integrations)
- Oversee the full project lifecycle—from scoping and estimation to tracking, change management, and post-implementation support
- Ensure the quality of technical deliverables through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and SIT/UAT sign-offs
- Complete knowledge on Lead-to-Order, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Record-To-Report, journey implementations, including complex middleware (CPI/PI/PO) and mobile application integrations
- Team & Resource Management
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of internal consultants and external partner resources
- Manage resource planning, projection, and workload balancing to ensure timely project delivery and AMS support
- Conduct performance evaluations and define career development plans for technical and functional team members
- Oversee timesheet management and resource utilization for both internal and external project teams
- Strategic Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Own the software selection process, including vendor comparisons and the preparation of detailed Statements of Work (SOW)
- Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, solution walkthroughs, and BBP/KDS finalization
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalation management, ensuring third-party deliverables meet project milestones and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
- Experience-15+ years in the SAP ecosystem, with a proven track record in leading digital enterprise architecture and delivery
- Core Modules-Deep expertise in SAP PP/QM, MM, PM, SD, WM and FICO
- Cloud Expertise-Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology
- Manufacturing Domain-Direct experience in manufacturing sectors like Automotive, FMCG, or Chemicals
