Role Description The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain management to ensure efficient, reliable output. This full-time, on-site role in Bahadurgarh includes leading cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and driving process improvements aligned with company goals and market requirements. The General Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate with brand partners, and support new product development and design execution in line with trend and performance expectations. Responsibilities also include budget management, resource allocation, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and continuous enhancement of operational capabilities. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a focus on building a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in footwear, textiles, or related industries, with strong knowledge of end-to-end operations.
Solid skills in team leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff.
Competence in planning, organizing, and problem-solving, including capacity planning, workflow optimization, and handling operational challenges.
Ability to manage client and vendor relationships, negotiate effectively, and maintain high standards of service and delivery.
Familiarity with quality control processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with comfort using data, KPIs, and reports to drive improvement and accountability.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
Demonstrated experience in managing mid- to large-scale manufacturing units, with exposure to OEM or B2B operations considered beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bahadurgarh and commit to
