Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager in the Service Division (After Sales) at RUKMANI MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Indore. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing after-sales service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service quality standards. Key tasks include managing service teams, achieving sales and service performance targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments to deliver exceptional service experiences. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, implementing improvements, and identifying new opportunities for enhancing after-sales services.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Proven experience in General Management and Team Management to lead and motivate service teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of after-sales service operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership skills, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in the automobile industry or a service-oriented environment is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
