About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organized General Management Intern to support our day-to-day operations, event coordination, and community outreach efforts. This is a well-rounded role where you will be involved in webinar management, candidate coordination, documentation, outreach, and team support.
Internship Details:

Mode: Remote (Work from Home)

Stipend: Unpaid
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage webinars end-to-end.
2. Schedule and coordinate online interviews and bootcamp selection rounds.
3. Handle communication with candidates and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
4. Guide prospective learners through Lset course offerings and help them choose the right programme.
5. Manage operational documentation including LSET records, paperwork, and related files.
6. Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets trackers with accurate and up-to-date information.
7. Execute bulk email campaigns for outreach, event promotion, and community communication.
8. Conduct LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to grow Lset talent and community pipeline.
9. Collaborate with schools, colleges, and communities for social initiatives and outreach programmes.
10. Support internal team coordination and contribute to team-building activities.
