We are looking for a Record-to-Report (R2R) Accountant to join our client's dynamic team in Mumbai. This isn't just about keeping the booksit's about driving financial accuracy and process excellence for a global scale operations.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End R2R Ownership: Managing the full month-end and year-end close cycle with precision.

General Ledger Mastery: Ensuring the integrity of the GL through accurate journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

Balance Sheet Substantiation: Performing high-level reconciliations and resolving aged open items like a pro.

ERP Power User: Navigating SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics to streamline reporting and accounting workflows.

Financial Insights: Conducting variance and flux analysis to provide meaningful commentary to global stakeholders.

Audit & Compliance: Leading the charge during internal/external audits and ensuring SOX compliance.

Requirements:

- 48 years of experience specifically in Record-to-Report (R2R) within a Shared Services/GBS setup.

- hands-on experience with major ERPs and consider Advanced Excel your second language.
